• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the app or its services.

Orders & Availability

• Menu items, prices, and delivery times are provided by restaurants and may vary based on availability.
• Delivery times shown are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Restaurants are responsible for food preparation and order accuracy.
Orders once accepted by a restaurant may not be cancelled. Cancellation eligibility depends on order status and restaurant confirmation.

Delivery & Delays
Grabbly is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

• Traffic conditions.
• Weather.
• Restaurant preparation time
• Incorrect user information
• Other factors beyond our reasonable control
Grabbly is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, system outages, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

• Grabbly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law..

• Grabbly may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
