This Payments Policy explains how payments are handled on the Grabbly mobile application.

Accepted Payment Methods
Grabbly offers the following payment options:
  • Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
  • Online payments via secure third-party payment gateways (to be enabled in a future update).
  • No refunds are provided for completed or delivered orders, except in cases of service failure, incorrect items, or non-delivery.
  • Grabbly does not store your card details, banking information, or payment credentials. All online transactions are processed directly by trusted third-party payment providers.
Pricing & Charges
  • All prices, delivery fees, taxes, and applicable charges are clearly displayed before checkout.
  • Prices may vary depending on the restaurant, location, or availability.
  • By confirming an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on:
  • Order status.
  • Reason for cancellation or issue.
  • Restaurant or delivery partner confirmation.
  • Refund decisions are final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
